1. Who is eligible to participate?
Teams, agencies, studios, companies, and individuals with digital products or services are eligible.
2. What is the submission deadline?
The submission deadline for the first edition is October 21, 2026.
3. What are the key dates for the award?
Open for submissions: May 25, 2026. Submission deadline: October 21, 2026, 11:59 PM (Europe/Berlin, CET/CEST). Jury session: October 27, 2027. Winners announced: November 23, 2027.
4. What materials need to be submitted?
We require a short project description, meaningful visuals in 4:3 format (minimum 1, maximum 8 assets), and the key project details. Optionally, you may also submit a video via URL. If required for evaluation, a free access for the jury must be provided.
5. What criteria are used for evaluation?
Evaluation is based on seven criteria: UX clarity, impact, visual quality, interaction quality, accessibility, innovation, and technical excellence.
6. Can multiple projects be submitted?
Yes, multiple submissions are possible, provided each project is submitted separately.
7. Can I edit my submission after submitting?
Yes, changes are possible until the submission deadline. After that, only with prior agreement from the award team.
8. What happens after the submission deadline?
After the deadline, the jury reviews all valid submissions. This is followed by the selection of winners and the announcement according to the schedule.
9. Are non-awarded submissions published?
Only selected or awarded projects are published as part of the official award communication.
10. What do awarded projects receive?
Awarded projects receive a digital seal for use in their own communications, a digital certificate with project name, category, and year, as well as a listing in the public winners' gallery on the award website.
11. May I communicate the nomination or award?
Yes, after the official announcement, nominations and awards may be used for PR and communications.
